Do you regularly give yourself permission to express your rage?

What about your grief?

What about your sensuality through movement?

Have you allowed your Wild untamed essence to be expressed? 

If no, why not?

Perhaps because society usually shuns upon women who express their anger and men who express their grief. Unfortunately this blocks these energies from leaving and we become contracted to these vibrations as they get stuck inside of us.
