Flow Space is a container created with the intention for us to access the divine flow state, of song and dance together with trust and ease. Flow state is when we are all fully immersed in the eternal now, the present mOment, allowing our energy centers and heart space to be flowing with life force energy, allowing the blockages to be dissolved into the oneness of connection.

Flow space is where we celebrate the flow state side by side, through freestyle rapping, improv singing, songwriting, spoken word & contact improv dance!
