Join us on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.

In this sacred space, we release judgment, transcend the barriers of the mind, and return to the truth of who we are. Let the rhythm guide you to let go, express your deepest self, and celebrate our collective unity.

Unlike traditional club experiences, Ecstatic Dance invites participants to move freely, playfully and authentically, guided solely by the rhythm of the music and the impulses of their own bodies without the use of alcohol or other substances.

There are no set dance moves, no judgment, and no expectations. Instead, dancers are encouraged to explore the depths of their being, letting go of inhibitions and tapping into the raw, primal energy within.

Let the rhythm inspire you to release inner barriers, embrace your true self, and celebrate your essence.
