EXPANSION Ecstatic Dance Miami is a conscious, substance-free dance experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored emotion, and move freely in authentic self-expression. Rooted in presence, embodiment, and community, Ecstatic Dance invites you to explore movement without choreography, judgment, or expectation—just you, the music, and the freedom to express exactly what’s alive within you.

EXPANSION is more than a dance—it’s a living, breathing space for transformation. Each gathering is intentionally curated to support deep embodiment, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and genuine human connection. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or brand new to Ecstatic Dance, you are welcome exactly as you are.

While Palapa is undergoing renovations, we’re excited to gather in a beautiful new home: Studio 24 Miami, a spacious and inspiring studio in the heart of Wynwood. (Free parking available in the lot.)

For this special EXPANSION, we’re thrilled to welcome Noah Proudfoot, flying in from Asheville to guide us on a powerful, heart-opening Ecstatic Dance journey. His soundscapes are deep, intentional, and masterfully woven to support both release and transcendence.

Jenergy will be hosting the evening and guiding an Embodied Pulse Warm-Up, gently preparing the body and nervous system to drop in, open, and move with full presence before the dance journey begins.
