Every 1st & 3rd Wednesday, Ecstatic Flow will transform Boho Miami into a full immersive ecstatic dance experience.

Ecstatic Dance is a journey through music and movement...a space to let go, be fully yourself, move freely, connect with beautiful humans, and remember the freedom, aliveness, and joy that live within you. 

EXPANSION is Miami’s growing alcohol-free dance movement focused on:

• Authentic expression

• Free movement

• Somatic release

• Heart-opening connection

• Community & unity consciousness

Whether you come to dance, connect, heal, express, or simply feel more alive... Wellness Wednesdays is a space to remember what community can feel like.

This event is rooted in the principles of Ecstatic Dance and is designed to be an inclusive space for authentic expression, movement, connection, and community. All bodies, identities, backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.

EXPANSION is an adult only holistic nightlife experience

We have a non-alcoholic elixir bar and food available. No outside food or drinks are available or can be brought inside.

Please help us maintain the integrity of the space by honoring the following guidelines:

• No talking on the dance floor during the Ecstatic Dance after the Opening Circle

• Dance however feels authentic to you...there is no right or wrong way to move

• Respect personal space and practice consent in all interactions

• Non-consensual touching is not permitted

• Be mindful of others and help create a safe, inclusive atmosphere

• Violence, harassment, leering, racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, ageist, or otherwise discriminatory language or behavior will not be tolerated
