How often when we dance do we stick with the same repetitive patterns? Perhaps we are simply bouncing to the beat.

What is that saying for the pattern of our lives?

How can we deepen our breath and incorporate different moves into our flow to explore what else we can do on the dance floor and what else we can do in our lives.

​

Can we guide the flow of energy in our bodies to create a beautiful story of our self expression? How will we feel if we fully let go and express ourselves through movement and allow ourselves to be seen, to be wild?


This freedom to play and explore what our bodies can do can allow us to break free from repetitive patterns in our lives and recognize we have the power to create whatever it is that we want for ourselves.

What are flow arts?

​

Flow arts is a fitness moving meditation that increases coordination, improves concentration, balance, and mind-body connection. It is a fun way to still the mind and access flow state while opening new mental pathways making it easier to learn new information and do better in school/work.


Common forms of flow arts include poi, staff, hoop and fan.

The healing benefits and fun of flow arts, they begin the moment you do.
