Join us for a family-friendly silent disco beach adventure unlike a traditional dance event. This experience is designed as a guided nature exploration—a moving journey through the beach itself. Presented by Ecstatic Flow. Sponsored by The Wave Silent Disco.
With wireless headphones (provided), we’ll walk, wander, dance, stretch, and play our way across Virginia Key, exploring different areas of the shoreline through ecstatic dance, yoga, primal movement, playful exploration, and guided meditation. This is a blend of movement + nature + presence, inviting both adults and kids to reconnect with their bodies, the earth, and each other.
Rather than staying in one spot, this experience unfolds like a nature adventure hike along the beach, allowing space for curiosity, grounding, freedom, and joy. Kids are welcome to explore and move organically, while adults reconnect with their inner child and embodied flow.
