Future Mantra & Dance Ceremony- Franko Heke 3/22

Miami is invited into the first-ever Future Mantra and Dance ceremony, a four-hour immersive journey of voice, movement, rhythm and remembrance, held and guided by ceremonial musician Franko Heke.

Franko Heke is a Māori and Italian artist from Aotearoa New Zealand, known internationally for creating ceremonial spaces that merge ancient devotional practice with modern dance culture. As the space holder for the evening, Franko guides the full arc of the journey, holding the energetic container from opening prayer to final integration.

Rooted in Māori song and Waiata, Franko’s work blends Cosmic Kirtan, shamanic down tempo, reggae, ecstatic Afro-tribal rhythms, healing house and sound healing, inviting participants not just to dance, but to sing, breathe and remember together.

Franko has toured globally and shared stages with leading artists in the music and medicine space, including Mose, Xavier Rudd, Sam Garrett, Yaima, Poranguí and Nahko, performing at festivals and conscious gatherings across the USA, Europe, South America and Australasia.
