Step into Flow Space, a transformative gathering designed for those ready to awaken their voice, channel their unique expression, and share their medicine with the world.

Flow Space is a sacred container where we tap into the divine flow state through music, movement, and trust. It is a space where we surrender to the present moment, allowing energy to move freely through us—dissolving blockages and deepening our connection to self and community.

Together, we celebrate the flow state through:

No prior experience is needed—everyone is welcome! This is a judgment-free space where you are invited to explore, express, and embrace your creative flow without worrying about getting it “right” or “wrong.”

To deepen our journey, we will work with Mama Cacao and other sacred plant allies to support our voices and open our hearts.

About the Facilitators:

-Jenergy (Jen Mirambeau) is a visionary performance artist, healer, coach and an ecstatic dance facilitator empowering others through movement, connection, and self-expression. As the founder of Ecstatic Flow, she combines her journey of self-healing with her mission, MageEnergy, which inspires humanity to remember our unity, oneness, and interconnectedness. Through ecstatic dance experiences, transformational events such as Flow Space, Wild Woman retreats, and transformative fire and dance prayerformances, Jenergy creates sacred spaces for individuals to release emotional blockages, embrace their inner power, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her work is a profound invitation to experience freedom, unity, and the magic of true self-expression.

-Brielle Águila is a medicine musician who channels her own medicine songs that she prayerforms at a variety of ceremonies, festivals and gatherings. These songs are her way of transmuting pain into beauty and strength and inspiring others to do the same. She also is deeply connected to freestyle singing and rapping, being an open vessel for Great Spirit to send divine messages and reminders through in the form of music that is in the present mOment. She is passionate about aiding people in becoming fully present in the eternal now to allow their heart to express fully and authentically in order to heal and integrate and rise into their highest selves. Her prayer is for us to walk strong in our earth walk with respect and in reciprocity with all of our relations and she feels music is the Avenue for us to awaken to this interconnection of all life.
