Olivia Sage and Jenergy are excited to invite you to a transformative workshop series designed to deepen your connection to your breath, body, and spirit.

In these sessions, Jenergy will start by guiding participants through techniques to open the respiratory and chest muscles using myofascial release, self-massage, and stretching. This will allow you to deepen your breath, energize your body, and open your heart.

Following this, Olivia will lead a powerful breathwork session designed to explore and release emotional and energetic blockages that might be hindering your full potential in various aspects of life, including personal relationships. This journey through breathwork aims to strengthen your mind-body-soul connection, unwind your nervous system, and release stored tension and trauma in a profound somatic healing experience.

Breathwork is an effective tool to bypass the logical mind and delve deeply into the subconscious, facilitating deep emotional healing and personal expansion.

The session will end in a meditation and gong bath, leveraging the therapeutic powers of sound to integrate and solidify your experience.
