🍂 EXPANSION Ecstatic Dance Miami

Day Fest Experience

💃 WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where there are no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move.

We create an intentional, sober dance floor without talking or phones — giving ourselves the opportunity to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with our bodies, our authentic expression and one another.

Come exactly as you are. Dance barefoot. Move big. Move slowly. Be wild. Be still. Dance alone or connect with others through consensual movement.

Your body leads the way.

✨ THE EXPERIENCE

🧘 Opening Yoga

Arrive, ground and open the body through an intentional yoga flow to prepare for the journey ahead.

❤️‍🔥 Embodied Intimacy with Justin Gottlieb/ Tantra Love Coach

A playful, experiential exploration of connection, presence, polarity, vulnerability and conscious touch. Through guided partner and group experiences, practice empowered communication, tune into what’s true for you, and discover new ways to connect, express, receive and relate.

Come solo, with a friend or with a partner. Everything is always at choice. Fully clothed + non-sexual.

🎶 Children’s Music Circle with Little Sound Body A playful, interactive music experience created especially for little ones! 🌈

Through rhythm, movement, singing, instruments and creative play, Little Sound Bodies invites children to explore music through their bodies, express themselves freely and connect with one another in a fun, welcoming environment.

The Children’s Music Circle will take place in its own dedicated area of the property, allowing kids to have their own EXPANSION experience while the main programming unfolds nearby.

🌀 ECSTATIC DANCE — Music by Jenergy

Let the music take over. A free-form movement journey designed to bring you deeper into your body, expression and authentic self. No choreography. No judgment. Just you, the music and the dance.

✨ Sound Healing with Olga | Balance You Seek

After the dance, surrender into stillness and integration through an immersive sound healing journey.
