💃 WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where there are no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move.

We create an intentional, sober dance floor without talking or phones — giving ourselves the opportunity to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with our bodies, our authentic expression and one another.

Come exactly as you are. Dance barefoot. Move big. Move slowly. Be wild. Be still. Dance alone or connect with others through consensual movement.

💫 Primal Play Workshop w/ Jenergy

We'll move into a Primal Play class which is a playful, movement-based warm-up designed to awaken your body, loosen tension, and reconnect you with your natural freedom before the dance. Blending animal-inspired movement, mobility, floor exploration, inner child play, and free-form expression, this class invites you to tumble, crawl, stretch, and move in new, intuitive ways. Expect laughter, connection, and a touch of sacred silliness as you drop out of your head and into your body—arriving fully open, grounded, and alive for the ecstatic dance journey ahead. ☕ CACAO — PROVIDED BY GOT CACAO

 Let the music take over. A free-form movement journey designed to bring you deeper into your body, expression and authentic self. No choreography. No judgment. Just you, the music and the dance.
