Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, judgment-free, alcohol-free movement journey. There are no steps to follow, no talking on the dance floor, and no experience needed. You simply move however your body wants, guided by a DJ-curated musical wave that rises, peaks, and softens.

EXPANSION is now moving back into Ironside’s newly renovated venue: Ironsbend — a space designed for deeper immersion, fuller expression, and elevated connection.
