EXPANSION is more than just a dance—it's a unifying experience that reminds us of our innate oneness. 

In this sacred space, we release judgment, transcend the barriers of the mind, and return to the truth of who we are. During the ecstatic dance there are no set dance moves, no judgment, and no expectations. Let the rhythm guide you to let go, express your deepest self, and celebrate our collective unity.

Unlike traditional club experiences, Ecstatic Dance invites participants to move freely, playfully and authentically, guided solely by the rhythm of the music and the impulses of their own bodies without the use of alcohol or other substances.

Join us on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.

EXPANSION is an alcohol-free space, ensuring a pure and mindful experience for all participants.

Please bring a reusable water bottle.

Ages- 18 & up

Dress- Comfortable clothes you can move freely in and be yourself.
