Ecstatic Dance Miami at a Secret Jungle Oasis in North Miami

Join us for a special Earth Day edition of EXPANSION Ecstatic Dance Miami — an evening of movement, music, nature, connection, and embodied unity at a secret jungle oasis in North Miami. 🌿

This experience is designed to bring us back to what matters most:

Connection to self, connection to each other, and connection to the Earth.

When we create spaces rooted in presence, play, trust, consent, and emotional safety, we create the conditions for deeper human connection — and from that connection, unity becomes possible.

This Earth Day gathering is an invitation to remember that healing ourselves, healing our relationships, and healing our connection to the planet are all deeply intertwined.

💫 Yoga

We’ll open with a Grounding Yoga class by Synergy Yoga with Victoria Brunacci

💫 Contact Improv Workshop w/ Ashtara Kukuk

We’ll open with a Contact Improv workshop — a playful, guided movement experience focused on trust, presence, nonverbal communication, and authentic connection.

If you’ve never tried it before, Contact Improv is a form of partner and group movement that helps us explore connection through body awareness, listening, consent, and shared movement.

No dance experience is needed — just a willingness to be present, curious, and open.

🔥 Ecstatic Dance Journey w/ DJ GOLDNWAV

From there, we’ll move into the EXPANSION Ecstatic Dance journey — a powerful, alcohol-free dance experience to help you release, express, connect, and come alive.

No choreography.

No judgment.

Just movement, music, and freedom.

🌈 Kids’ Activation Zone by Little Sound Body

This is a family-friendly gathering and will also feature a special Kids’ Activation Zone by Little Sound Body, offering a playful musical experience for little ones.

Little Sound Body nurtures connection, creativity, and community through conscious music circles for young children and their families, making this a beautiful opportunity for all ages to experience the magic of the day together.

🎶 Closing Sound Healing

We’ll close with a grounding sound healing journey to help you soften, integrate, and land with David Kennit from Synergy Yoga.

🌊 Optional Sauna + Cold Plunge

After the main experience, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the sauna, cold plunge, and jungle oasis vibes for a full-body Earth Day reset.

Doors open. Arrive, connect, check out the vendors, meet the community, enjoy the jungle oasis, get a massage and take a dip in the pool if you feel called.

3:00 – 3:45 PM

We'll open with a grounding Muladhara Chakra yoga class by Synergy Yoga with Victoria Brunacci.

4:00 – 5:30 PM

Contact Improv Workshop

A playful and guided movement experience focused on trust, presence, connection, and embodied exploration.

5:30 – 7:00 PM

Ecstatic Dance Journey

A powerful free-form dance experience to release, express, connect, and come alive.

7:00 – 7:15 PM

Closing Sound Healing

A grounding sound journey to soften, receive, and integrate.

Closing Circle

A moment to land together in gratitude, reflection, and community.
