Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, judgment-free, alcohol-free movement journey. There are no steps to follow, no talking on the dance floor, and no experience needed. You simply move however your body wants, guided by a DJ-curated musical wave that rises, peaks, and softens.

EXPANSION Ecstatic Dance Miami is a community dance experience focused on authenticity, presence, and unity.

We’ve decided to move back into Miami Ironside — a space that allows us to go deeper into the experience we’ve been building together.

Bigger sound.

Deeper bass.

Full-body activation.

We’re bringing in a proper sound system so the music moves through you, not just around you — creating a more immersive, embodied journey on the dance floor.

This transition also allows us to be in greater harmony with our surroundings. Our previous venue was a beautiful open-air space within a quiet neighborhood, and as our community continues to grow, it feels important to honor that environment with care and respect.

Glassbox gives us the freedom to fully express the music, movement, and energy of EXPANSION.

Temple Embodiment with Lalita

Lalita is a healer, bodyworker, couples intimacy guide, ecstatic dance host, DJ, and embodied movement facilitator. She has been igniting and growing the ecstatic dance community in Key West through her hosting, DJing, and movement offerings, and now brings her experience, energy, and medicine to the Miami community.

Through movement, music, and presence, she creates spaces for people to reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and their aliveness. Her Temple Embodiment warm-up is an invitation to arrive fully, open to the journey, and let their prayer become the dance.”
