Welcome to Expansion CommUNITY Dance! Ecstatic dance is a sacred space for movement, connection, and transformation. Here, we gather to remember the truth of who we are—beyond roles, expectations, and societal conditioning.

Why We Dance

Ecstatic Dance is more than movement—it’s a gateway to freedom. Through dance, we release stagnant energy, shed layers of self-doubt, and move beyond the mind’s limitations into pure embodied presence. In this space, there is no right or wrong way to dance. No choreography. No performance. Just the rhythm of your body, the pulse of the music, and the invitation to express yourself fully.

A Judgment-Free Space

Expansion is an alcohol-free, environment designed for deep connection—with yourself, with others, and with the present moment. This is a space where you are safe to let go. To move in ways you never have before. To experience the full spectrum of your emotions, whether it’s joy, grief, sensuality, or raw, untamed energy.

Returning to the Body

In a world that often pulls us into our minds, Expansion invites you back into the wisdom of your body. Movement is medicine. It is how we process, release, and integrate. As we surrender to the music, we dissolve barriers and return to our natural state—fully alive, fully expressed, fully free.

This is your invitation to step into the dance, into your body, into your truth. Release, expand, and rediscover the essence of who you are.
