Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jen Mirambeau began her journey into the liberating world of ecstatic dance in 2012, marking the beginning of what she now refers to as her "first spiritual awakening." For Jen, dance became more than just movement; it became a profound means of connecting with herself and entering a state of flow.

Through dance, Jen became acutely aware of the unconscious programs of her ego that had been disconnecting her from the divine truth of her being. In 2015, a pivotal moment marked a new layer in her dance journey as it unveiled areas within her body where she was not fully in tune with her truth, her life, her flow, and her love. Dance served as a reminder, guiding her out of the dark spaces of confusion, pain, and illusion. It became her pathway to oneness, a place where she could fully immerse herself in the flow, merge with the moment, and surrender to the power of sound.

Jen's pursuit of self-discovery led her to Los Angeles, where she found a like-minded community, a stark departure from her time in Orlando, Florida, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies at the University of Central Florida. Her studies raised her awareness of global challenges such as climate change, toxins, and corruption, all stemming from individuals out of inner balance. This revelation drove her mission for a collective spiritual awakening to restore inner peace and harmony, both for herself and humanity.

Recognizing the transformative potential of dance, Jen decided to embark on a mission to liberate the wild, ecstatic dance that resides within all of us, regardless of age. She understood that allowing the inner playful and creative child to shine while embracing adulthood was key to her happiness and freedom.

Now known by her artist name of Jenergy, Jen's journey into ecstatic dance led her to become an active participant in the Los Angeles dance community. She not only attended ecstatic dance events regularly on a weekly basis but also volunteered with the team, gaining valuable insights into hosting, creating, facilitating, and holding space for these transformative gatherings.

She had the opportunity to connect with renowned ecstatic dance DJs and producers from around the world. Jen also embraced the role of a fire dancer and flow artist, sharing her mesmerizing performances at festivals and gatherings in California, Oregon, and various countries worldwide including Bali, Guatemala, Mexico & Costa Rica.

After many years living in both northern and southern California, Jen returned to her hometown of Miami, Florida. Today, she thrives as a DJ, ecstatic dance facilitator, event producer, performance artist, fire dancer and self-healing guide. She is the creative force behind Ecstatic Flow, her transformational event production company.

 

Her mission is to empower humanity to explore the depths of living life fully and loving wholeheartedly. She believes that by taking responsibility for our energy and understanding our individual contributions to the world, we can collectively create a better planet. Through dance, Jen encourages us to move beyond the ego and into the heart, where the dance itself serves as a guiding force, revealing our hidden truths.

For Jen, life is a dance, a continuous journey of self-discovery, love, and transformation. She invites us all to trust in the dance and the flow it brings, allowing it to show us the way towards more love, more pleasure, and more of our true selves.
